Please submit images scanned and saved at 300dpi, full color, JPG format. Files saved at a lower resolution or saved in any other formats may be not be of sufficient quality to provide an accurate estimate

Make sure to specify the exact size of the original image, the desired size you would like the restored image to be enlarged or reduced to and any other requests or concerns that you may have.

Avoid naming files as "Grandpa and the baby". It is recommended that you use combination of your name and the current date and always use the file extension. Example: john_smith_10_10_2002.jpg

NOTE: Estimates for restoration of documents can only be provided upon examination of an original not from a scanned image.
